Location. The 1911 bank building resurrected into Hotel ICON stands in downtown Houston, Texas, seven blocks from the Jesse H. Jones Hall for the Performing Arts and the Wortham Center. The George R. Brown Convention Center is one mile from the property, which is one-half mile from the Houston Theater District and three miles from the Houston Museum District.
